The new integrated system « PREMIUM » of INTRACOM IT SERVICES is designed for insurance organizations and companies, for all personal and commercial lines of Business. The new product covers the general insurance (non -life) sector, and is also designed to cover Life and Health insurance.

   

In particular, « PREMIUM » covers today the service of the following insurance sectors:

  • Fire Insurance
  • Personal / Group Accidents Insurance
  • Agricultural Insurance
  • Transports/ Cargo Insurance
  • Crafts Insurance
  • Life and Health Insurance

The system, apart from the insurance service, offers full functionality in the following:

  • Claims Processing (including Reinsurance)
  • Co -Insurance and Reinsurance
  • Collections- Payments of Claims/Partners Rewards
  • Statistics and Reporting

« PREMIUM » offers full client-centric and multi-currency features, with the ability to cover different types of distribution networks and all operations for Policy administration and Claims management.

« PREMIUM » is fully compatible with all industry-standard financial applications or ERP systems, exchanging information using standard built-in interfaces.

The system is developed with the use of Oracle tools (Designer, Developer and Reports) and can be deployed either on client-server or web-enabled architecture, ensuring efficient customer services for the users, partners and clients of every insurance company.
