Government Financials
In the Government Financials area, the company has gained considerable know how by implementing major projects for the Greek Ministry of Finance. Of great importance and with a significant impact nationally was the implementation of the Taxis and TaxisNet projects, as part of Greece's integrated taxation system. These projects contribute to the efficient management of government revenues and to improved communications with the public, introducing for the first time the widespread use of the Internet in governmental agency transactions. Moreover, INTRACOM IT SERVICES has designed, developed and installed the Customs Information System, which is operating successfully.
Social Security
In the Social Security sector, the company is implementing the Social Security Foundation's (IKA) integrated IT system, one of the largest and most sophisticated projects on both the Greek and European level, covering all the Foundation's operations as part of its modernization program. The projects impact has already become evident to the public, following the elimination of payment stamps, the on-line connection of all IKA branches, the establishment of the health services on-demand call line (184), the provision of web-based services, etc. Based on the know how gained in this area, INTRACOM IT SERVICES developed the Social Security Information Systems product, an integrated and reliable solution that will spearhead the company's efforts aimed at further penetrating the European markets.

Transport
In the sea transport sector, the company has expanded its know how base by implementing the Vessel Traffic MIS for the Ministry of Merchant Marine and the Port MIS for the Piraeus Port Authority (OLP), which involve the total management of both fleets and resources. In the air transportation sector, the company has implemented a financial operations system for the "Eleftherios Venizelos" Athens International Airport. In the postal services sector, the company has implemented an integrated IT system for the Greek Post (ELTA), a sophisticated project based on international specifications.
Healthcare
In the healthcare sector, in which the company
has completed a number of projects, INTRACOM IT SERVICES's IntraHealth
Product Suite and IntraHealth product lines clearly stand
out, offering integrated applications for the medical and
diagnostic fields, as well as for health maintenance and hospital
services. The company has gained considerable know how and
established a total approach to this field, following installations
in various hospitals, including the Areteio, the G. Genimatas
and the Agia Sophia Children's Hospital. Moreover, the Social
Security Foundation's Medical Treatment and Basic Healthcare
systems are groundbreaking applications on both the Greek
and European level.

NOMOS is used by the majority of legal councils and freelance lawyers of the country. |
